Muslims Ummah had been enjoined to use the bounties of Edil-Kabir festivities to poster high sense of unity, tolerance Peace and understanding as a gateway to sustainable development in the nation.
This was made known by the Acting Rector of Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic, Kazaure, Dr Bashir Ahmed Danzomo and issued to the media by Ubah Abdullahi on Thursday.
Danzomo said “Nigeria is a blessed nation with so many sociocultural backgrounds hence we have to use this blessing to serve as a vehicle of tolerance, understanding, maturity and for peace building.
Dr Bashir Ahmed Danzomo further stated that”On behalf of the Governing Council of the Polytechnic, Principal Staff,the management Staff, lecturers and entire Polytechnic Community, we’re extending our felicitations to the Executive Governor of Jigawa State Mal Umar Namadi and all Stakeholders on this joyous occasion of Edil-Kabir celebrations.”
He used the opportunity and congratulates the Chairman of Kazaure Local Government Area Mansur Dabuwa for his giant strides in advancing Kazaure Local Government and for sponsoring students of Kazaure extraction to study in the Polytechnic as well as serving Senator,Babangida Hussaini,Walin Kazaure for his intervention to the Polytechnic and for emerging as the flag bearer of All Progressive Congress APC to re-contest during the forthcoming general elections pointing out that his democratic dividends would never be forgotten in the Polytechnic.
Dr Danzomo similarly extends Sallah greetings to His Highness Emir of Kazaure Dr Najib Hussaini Adamu and the Emirs of Gumel, Hadejia,Ringim and Dutse on this joyous moment of reflections and unity.
He also used the opportunity and called on the Students to be steadfast and face their studies seriously in line with the ethics of the Polytechnic, stressing that Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic remains a pacesetter in academic breakthrough in the North West geopolitical Zone as such the Institution would strive hard to maintain the tempo.
The Acting Rector, Dr Danzomo revealed that under his stewardship the Institution would continue to witness unprecedented development and assured the general public that the institution would partner with relevant stakeholders in advancing the Polytechnic forward.
The Rector also stated that currently the Polytechnic has established a School of Health Science Technology were admission is ongoing in different courses ranging from One year certificate courses in Community Health Extension,Public Health,Medical Laboratory Technician, Environmental Health Technician and Pharmacy Technician were the Rector called on both States Primary Health Care agencies,Local Government Areas across the nation, Parents Guardians Civil Organizations and Private Health Institutions to use the opportunity and send their staff/ Wards for professional training in the Polytechnic which boosted of highly qualified Human resources, best state of arts facilities in Health related courses and an enabling environment for teaching-learning atmosphere.
