Governor Malam Umar Namadi has approved the appointment of three new Permanent Secretaries to fill existing vacancies in the State Civil Service.
This was contained in a statement signed by the State Head of Service, Alhaji Muhammad K Dagaceri, and issued to journalists on Wednesday in Dutse, the state capital, by Ismaila Dutse, the Public Relations Officer of the Office of the Jigawa State Head of Civil Service.
The newly appointed Directors elevated to the position of Permanent Secretaries are:
1. Dr. Salisu Abdullahi
2. Ashiru Muhammed
3. Yunusa Usman
The appointments are based on merit, personal integrity, and competence.
While congratulating the appointees, the Head of Service emphasized that these appointments aim to strengthen the state’s civil service and enhance effective governance.
The statement said all the appointments take effect immediately.
